Ok, o movimento #WeSupportLisaE no twitter não deu certo. E foi até bom, porque a Lisa está certa em não atuar mais. Ainda acho que não foi bem escolha dela, mas sinto que foi bom...
Vamos lá.
Chase, Foreman e 13 nesse episódio são meros figurantes. Agora o Taub... o toque do celular dele é no mínimo hilário. hahahahaha
E como assim o Taub está grávido de 2 crianças? De mães diferentes!! Ahh, a série na 8ª temporada vai se chamar TAUB e não HOUSE.
Já o Wilson... Robert Sean Leonard está cagando e andando para a série. Apareceu cinco segundos e vazou lá para a Broadway. Temporada que vem sem Cuddy e sem Wilson não dá, merci beacoup. Next.
House... esse é um porra louca de marca maior. Cara doido dos infernos. Ele abre a perna e se opera no episódio anterior e arrebenta a casa da Cuddy com o carro? Apesar que... deveria ter arrebentado a cara dela.
Cuddy... sua vadia! Correu pro primeiro mané que apareceu. Mané mesmo, um idiota beeeem parecido com o Lucas, tanto que estão chamando de "Irmão do Lucas".
A cena das mãos... eu MORRI várias vezes seguidas. É muito amor, meu Brasil. Lisa E e Hugh Laurie, vocês têm uma baita química. Sai faísca na tela. GEZUIZ! BEIJA EU, HOUSE, EU! \o/
Episódio fraco, previsível, sem gancho nenhum para uma nova temporada, bobo, sem sentido e sem coesão. Os personagens que foram construídos em 7 anos são jogados no lixo em menos de 5 minutos.
Sendo mais específica (e clara, espero):
O episódio é feito de flashbacks... em um dos primeiros, a Cuddy diz que se ele pisar no hospítal novamente ou chegar perto dela, ela quer ele preso. Ok, entendemos a postura da Cuddy... depois do imbecil destruir a casa dela. Mas cadê a coerência? Lisa E não participa da 8ª temporada significa House no Havaí (ou wherever) forever and ever?
A Cuddy saiu com Lucas Jr. Ok. Eles vão acabar com 6 anos de amor reprimido (que ELES colocaram na série, diga-se de passagem) assim? A Cuddy vai mesmo ser a vadia da história? É isso que eles querem? A mulher que quase casou com o babaca infantil amando outro vai sair como a vadia? OH, COME ON!
Que fim vão dar para a Cuddy? "Ah, ela pediu demissão". E daí? O House continua sendo procurado por ser um panaca ciumento que adora destruir as casas das ex-namoradas. Simplesmente vai sair? Tipo a Jennifer Morrison? Não... não quero acreditar que isso aconteceu.
O que falar dos outros ganchos? Ah, esqueci: NÃO TEM OUTRO GANCHO. Nem o caso médico da doida que inventava sintomas foi interessante...

From "What Now?" to "Moving On"?

E explico por que é COPIADO. Desde o dia que a internet parou (17 de maio), todos os fãs de HOUSE buscam explicações para a saída da Lisa Edelstein. Ninguém da FOX dá declarações, o David Shore não se pronunciou e o Greg Yaitaines só fala BOSTA (como sempre) -- aliás, como esse merda pode ser diretor de uma série tão boa?. Muitas petições foram criadas, uma campanha de mobilização no twitter (lmfao) está planejada para hoje às 20h30, e um vídeo MUITO bem feito foi editado.

I am starting this story at the end which may seem a little strange but please bear with me and soon hopefully it will make sense. We are now 2 days from the Season 7 finale and all the friends I have who are HOUSE fanatics are in mourning. We (myself included) are in mourning because our favorite female TV doctor has decided not to return to House for an 8th season.
One thing that has been bothering us in the fan community, is the WHY? Why after seven years of playing this character who Lisa has repeatedly said she loved, promoting this character, and being the head cheerleader for the show HOUSE, did Lisa Edelstein decide it wasn’t worth it any more? Why did Lisa decide to walk away from something that has been a huge part of her life for almost a decade when she so clearly wanted to come back?
In an interview with E Online on the red carpet at this year’s PCA awards when asked about the future of HOUSE, Lisa made the comment that while she doesn’t know how long the show will continue, “I will be there as long as I’m invited to be there”. That comment was made on 01/06/11, less than 6 months ago.
In an article dated 03/02/2011 from Megan Masters for TVLine, Lisa Edelstein was asked about House returning for season 8 and she is quoted as saying, “Nobody at work seems to think it won’t [return],” she tells TVLine. “Everybody wants to come to a deal, and I certainly am looking forward to a Season 8. One theory as to the WHY that I have heard people spouting off about is “the money” and while yes the money is important and I’m sure a part of it,…..I think it’s more…..much more. I believe in the land of the free and the home of the brave, where the right to free speech is protected (at least on paper); I think Lisa Edelstein was a victim of having the wrong political view.
In February of this year Lisa Edelstein stared in an advertisement regarding abortion for MoveOn.org a liberal political group that is pro-choice and a supporter of Planned Parenthood. While the ad did not promote abortion, it was targeted to battle the GOP’s effort to legislate changes in abortion law and reduce public funding to agencies like Planned Parenthood. The message was “if an abortion is a woman’s choice, don’t send her back to the 50’s for (dangerous) back alley abortions”.
The Fox Network has a long and colorful reputation of being ultra conservative and a (pro-life supporter). The FOX network is the network that airs HOUSE.
This dynamic, set up a behind the scenes drama that has had HOUSE fans all over the world scratching their heads this year and trying to figure out “what the HELL is going on with HOUSE MD”.

It is my opinion that an important person at the ultra-conservative FOX Network called Lisa Edelstein and “warned” her not to do the ad for MoveOn.org. We already know this to be true from what she told the French TV Guide a few months ago. http://iwatchforcuddy.livejournal.com/2011/05/01/. When she refused to back out of the ad, I believe the network contacted David Shore and demanded that he get back to HOUSE and “fix this”. I believe they told him to kill the House/Cuddy relationship and get rid of Lisa.
Even though, I wasn’t a fly on the wall when David Shore had his discussion with the Fox Network executives, I still have this opinion that David Shore, like most people didn’t “enjoy” being told what to do, especially when it involves hurting a friend and colleague. I believe Mr. Shore and Ms. Jacobs are every bit as much a victim of the Fox Network as Lisa Edelstein is. PLEASE STOP BEING ANGRY WITH THE HOUSE PRODUCERS. Except maybe GY (he deserves it, just because he’s a troll.) Ka-BOOM!
I also believe that very few if any other people (except Katie Jacobs) knew about this conversation and that is why Ms. Edelstein remained a vocal cheerleader for the show and stated she was looking forward to season 8 of HOUSE until the very end. I think Katie Jacobs knew, because since control of the show had to be ripped from her VERY capable hands and returned to David Shore, she had to be told. It was Katie Jacobs who had to stand by and watch the remainder of “her” season be scrapped to obey the orders of the Fox Network. Someday, I truly hope that those scripts are dug out of the trash and published so that all the HOUSE fans can see how truly great the HOUSE creators David Shore and Katie Jacobs and the wonderful writing staff “intended” to handle the House / Cuddy relationship.
I think David Shore and Katie Jacobs began setting the stage for Ms. Edelstein to Move On from HOUSE but I think they did it with a passive aggressive twist of their own. I think David Shore decided to go down with the ship ( so to speak) as he would rather destroy HOUSE, (his baby) than allow Fox to hurt a friend and steal his dignity. I think he started ordering the most “Wacky, asinine, and OFF THE WALL” scripts you could get.
This season (about since, oh I would say, Two Stories) the fan community has been rending their clothes and all but walking about in sackcloth and ashes, trying to figure out what is going on with HOUSE and what all it means. The fan community has been nuts on the online forums trying to find someone smarter or closer to the truth, someone with an answer. The fans have been looking for clues under rocks, in the music, hoping it’s a dream, praying House is in a coma, looking for something…anything to make it make sense. But how do you make sense of something that is not intended to make sense.? Since David Shore returned to the show as Executive Producer the ratings have been going down steadily since the shock of Bombshells, (the way over the top episode that ended the House/Cuddy romance). And I think that is what he intended to happen.
Since that time EVERY interview, by EVERY writer or producer has almost been intentionally worded to produce anger in the fan community. Why? Well, my thoughts are these; I believe David Shore has been stirring a hornet’s nest that was intended to drop right in the lap of the Fox Network. They (David Shore and Katie Jacobs) don’t want to lose Lisa Edelstein, but they have to let her go because that is what they were being bullied into doing. I am basing this belief in part on an interview Katie Jacobs gave to Barbara Barnett for Blog Critics published 05/13/2011, “Lisa is such a valuable member [of the cast]. I challenge any other actress on TV to do what she is so—does so, you know, seemingly effortlessly. She goes between drama, comedy, intelligence, sex appeal… It’s certainly not my plan or David’s plan or the creative team’s plan to not have Lisa in the show, and I can just say that I will not rest until I figure it out.”

The wording in that statement is strange, why would she have to "figure it out" unless there was a problem to solve? From what she is saying, I would say that David Shore and Katie Jacobs would definitely like to have Lisa back in the cast for season 8, but how can Katie "figure it out"; how do one or 2 people fight a communications giant like the Fox Network? Answer: they don’t…..they just walk softly and carry a big stick (and 50 million angry fans make for one very big stick).

Estava vendo um episódio de uma série há alguns minutos e pensei nos quatro melhores episódios que já vi na minha vida.

4. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: 9x15 - Undercover
Ah, uma das minhas séries favoritas. Esse episódio tem conseqüências profundas nas duas próximas temporadas. Tem um episódio posterior chamado PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) que é de arrebentar. Nesse episódio a Olivia trabalha infiltrada numa penitenciária para investigar supostos estupros que ocorrem lá dentro. Nunca consegui ver o final. É simplesmente chocante, dolorido e insuportável.
3. Early Edition: 1x14-1x15 - The Wall
Faz muito tempo que não vejo essa série. Mas muito tempo. Lembro do plot e de detalhes pequenos, mas pouca coisa dos episódios em si. Porém, me lembro muito bem desse episódio. Fala sobre a morte do Kennedy, onde o Gary Hobson (Kyle Chandler) é o principal suspeito. O episódio é bem confuso e só faz sentido no final. Perfeito
2. House: 2x24 - No Reason
Talvez o mais confuso de todos. Você embarca na loucura do House, como sempre, e vê que nada parece fazer sentido. E realmente não faz. Por quê? Essa é a pergunta que é respondida nas partes finais do episódio. Muito bem escrito, muito bem dirigido e acho que nunca vi o Hugh Laurie melhor.

O episódio da bomba. Não preciso falar mais nada. O melhor de todos sem dúvida nenhuma. Sendo da segunda temporada, é do tempo que a Kate Walsh ainda salvava o elenco e os episódios não eram dramalhões mexicanos com a insuportável Ellen Pompeo estragando o que era razoavelmente bom. A Christina Ricci era a moça com a mão na bomba e o Kyle Chandler explodiu junto com a Meredith (Ellen Pompeo). Mais épico que isso só dois disso.

[Pós] Bombshells (contém spoilers)
Achei a maneira de me manter "calma"...
Ler comentários dos americanos... e tem muita gente que pensa como eu.
"She knew who he was when she went to bed with him in the first place. Flirted with him through his deepest days of addiction and rehab. What is he too much trouble now for her pampered princess self ? Shame on Cuddy and her writers."
Geez, será que o imbecil que escreveu isso ainda NÃO entendeu que a Cuddy não terminou com ele por ter tomado Vicodin? TODOS os roteiristas falaram isso.
"If Cuddy and House are finished - then so am I. I will no longer watch the show,even though I have spent so many hours/years with House, Wilson and Cuddy.I will miss them! What the writers did was a great mistake and it sickens me."
Eu concordo... Não digo que acabou para mim porque tenho que cumprir a minha promessa e terminar de ver a sétima temporada. Mas nunca mais. Primeiro, eu preciso de melação nas séries, porque eu já tenho a minha vida péssima. Segundo, vai voltar a ser o mesmo de sempre. House, Wilson, porrada na Cuddy e Vicodin cansou. Se acabou o assunto, termina de vez!
"I was sad that House and Cuddy broke up, but that is not why I disliked the episode so much. I got hooked to House during season 1, and have watched every episode since. In the beginning, it was awesome. Bizarre illnesses, mysteries, ethical dilemmas, and awesome close up shots of anatomy and things going wrong. The characters developed slowly as background stories, not as the focus. Now it is like watching a soap opera. We barely see the patients, its more of a "dude is sick, there are a few things that could be wrong with him, oh look, its this" while focusing on the Drs relationships and how they are all crumbling.
I am also sick of all these "fake" episodes. Hallucinations, flash backs, dreams. Thats not what "House M.D." used to be about. I really believe that if they kept the old formula, the show could last over 10 seasons. The way its going now, I won't be surprised if it doesn't show up again in the Fall."
Gente, o show se chama House ou ER? É sobre o House, damn it, e não sobre os casos! Tem que dar mais foco ao House e não aos casos! E sobre as alucinações, flashbacks e coisas do tipo, deixa a série dinâmica. Adoro.

The thing is, people do change. And watching characters grow is a great deal of the attraction for stories. Change doesn't occur all at once. And there are a lot of setbacks. But people do change. Too bad the scriptwriters don't.Writers should have been brave enough to change, people will get tired of "the usual sad-on vicodin House".
I'm Very sure there are other things I can be doing with my Monday nights. What an incredible disappointment!!!!!!!!!"

Shows need an audience for it to continue. If you continue on this way, you will lose your show. Many of us feel that you are ruining “House”. Your writing does need our imput—more than you want to admit. Well too bad. Those will be your famous last words if the show has to cancel due to ratings falling. You might have great ideas, but your execution is terrible. Fans are leaving left and right. I am teetering on the fence, along with my mother. We have felt tortured by all the acts of attempted suicide by House himself. You may think that your “artistic juices” are clever, and many may be, but in this case you are failing miserably. Think about it- House needs to be a part of the show. It was named after him after all. And as for Cuddy, stop creating her character as a pansy woman. She is the Dean of Medicine for goodness sake. She is independent, now a mother of her adopted daughter Rachel. And most of all, she loves House. Regardless of his addiction. He may relapse here or there, but she is a doctor herself. Love conquers all. And he loves her, and Rachel, as you have depicted. Fans like those episodes. Don't take us back to square one, episode one. We are so ever that."
Não tenho certeza se concordo... De novo, ela só terminou com ela por ele não estar com ela quando ela precisou. Não é por causa do Vicodin, for God's sake! Mas que a maioria não aguenta mais ver só desgraça na vida do House, ah isso é!

Love can make everything happen, but for mothers, romantic love isn't everything and can be sacrificed for their children. All Cuddy's trying to do is to protect Rachel from an addict."

"The plot twist isn't a "reset" at all. We do not know what is coming next. Maybe this isn't the end of the "huddy"-storyline and just a major setback? What did you want? Eternal Happiness and Cheesecake for everyone? In my modest opinion exactly that would have been the killer for the show.
To make it short: Just have a little trust in the writers. The evolution of many characters in this show is brilliant. (Take Masters as an Example. Or 13) This show will always be good for a shocking twist and it is one of its strenghts."

"It's hard to believe that a great show like "House" could actually "jump the shark", but it has. Unfortunately, it happened years ago. All the writers had to do was stay true to the premise of the show from the beginning... a crabby, middle-aged, pain-ridden doctor, who is good at diagnosing strange illnesses. (Personally, I don't think there was even a need to make him a drug addict. Here's a concept... he was crabby, because he was in pain and wasn't taking drugs. However, too late now).
Instead, the writers had to go off into the personal live of the characters. Who cares? I don't. I didn't start watching this show to see how many drugs House took today, or who he was "dating"... however it is why I stopped watching."

Having some painful situations in my own family it is not great to see House not being able to win against his own addiction. Nor is this a good thing for people struggling with addiction to see House not being able to win with this problem. If the show is going down this addiction path again I will have to find another way of amusing myself. I don't want to watch a show about a person who cannot win against drug addiction. I wanted to watch a show about a quick witted doctor. I liked the humor in the show. I don't need more sorrow. Hope this changes soon."

7x15 - Bombshells
Eu estou destruída. De todos os episódios de todas as séries que eu já vi na minha vida (e não foram poucos), esse é o primeiro que me deixou desse jeito.
Mais do que ver a Alicia se ***** em todos os episódios de The Good Wife (a melhor série ever, na minha opinião), mais do que dizer adeus a Friends depois de 10 anos, mais do que ver a Meredith explodir em Grey's Anatomy.
Eu fiquei de boca aberta o episódio inteiro (e quase expulsei a Cecília da sala quando ela entrou pra dar aula) e no final eu chorei (duh, claro que isso é óbvio).
Só não sei como esperar até segunda/terça. I swear I did not see it coming... Uma coisa é acontecer por acontecer. Outra é do jeito que aconteceu. Uau. E o vídeo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ai_JLJMSmU -- PODE CONTER SPOILERS) faz ainda mais sentido. Incrível.
A Ana ontem à noite me disse que duas coisas aconteceram. Eu discordo. Uma só aconteceu, porque as "duas coisas" andam de mãos dadas. Um fato é dependente do outro.

Arrependimento do ano!
Ok, o Emmy passou e eu achei que ia me safar da aposta. Pra falar a verdade, nem lembrava mais que tinha apostado alguma coisa com a categora de melhor série de comédia. Até que esses dias o passado me assombrou.
Em uma de nossas discussões anuais sobre a premiação, apostando tanto em 30 Rock como eu estava, disse ao André que faria qualquer coisa (ui!) caso 30 Rock perdesse, o que na minha cabeça não iria acontecer.
Pois é, não só aconteceu como agora tenho que ver a temporada chata de House inteira. E quando digo chata quero realmente dizer chata. Não tão chata até agora, mas quando a coisa "esfriar", vai voltar a ser a mesma coisa dos episódios aleatórios que já vi no Universal. E aí eu vou querer bater no criador da série, nos membros da Academia e em mim mesma por ter apostado.
Paciência, né? Aí eu acabo com os episódios de 30 Rock e Private Practice para conseguir aguentar os 42 minutos de House e a consequente discussão sobre a bunda da Lisa Edelstein. Sério? Sério? Me desculpa, mas quando se tem Jennifer Morrison no elenco, como é que se vai reparar na bunda da Edelstein? Esses homens são estranhos!
Porém devo admitir que ri bastante até. Não só com os elogios, digamos, inofensivos do Andy mas com a própria série. O 7x01 é todo fofinho e cheio dos "I love you blah blah blah", mas tem o Wilson preso na janela (esse poderia ficar preso na minha janela). Não sei mais qual é o tema central do 7x02 e muito menos do 7x03, e em algum episódio tem o House de babá pra Rachel, filha da Cuddy, o que é hilário.
Não me lembro de mais nada. Nenhum caso interessante, nenhum relacionamento se formando, tirando a coisa melosa de Huddy. E o pior de tudo é que mesmo não gostando, era shipper do casal. A série que não gosto é a única que tem meu casal acontecendo. Viu o que vocês fizeram, Tina Fey e Dick Wolf?
